The McDermott Family Line consists of the McDermoitts, the Fitzpatricks, the McHughs, and the Hannons. There is not much about the McDermotts in Ireland with the exception of a marriage and a birth. Much of it starts in England.

The Third Child of Sarah McDermott and Thomas Phelan, Sr: Thomas

The Headstone of Thomas J. Phelan, Jr.

Thomas Jr. was born around 1909 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. He is the third child and the second son of Thomas Phelan and Sarah McDermott.

Thomas never married, but may have been in a relationship. He died in 1946 and is buried with his sister, Alice Rita.
